Registration
Registration fees for the conference include access to all sessions, conference kit, CD proceedings, welcome reception and dinner, two lunches, coffee breaks, and conference dinner and a live Blues concert on the Summer of George cruise ship.

Please Note: Cancellation fees apply. Registrants who cancel before May 5th, 2008 will be assessed a $50.00 cancellation fee. Registrants who cancel after May 5th will be assessed a $100.00 cancellation fee. Registrants who cancel after June 1st will not be reimbursed under any circumstances.
